Guys, can anyone suggest a convenient way to quickly coordinate a meeting with several people? My friends and I are always trying to get together, but everyone has different schedules - someone has school, someone has work, someone is in a completely different time zone. Every time we exchange messages in the chat for hours, and in the end, someone still can’t. I’m already tired of this chaos. Isn’t there a simple service where you can just indicate when you are free, and it’s immediately clear who is available?

Hi, we had the same problem in our team when we tried to organize an online meeting. We tried a bunch of services, but when2meet turned out to be the simplest. It’s really convenient: you don’t need to register, you just create an event, throw in a link, and everyone notes when they are free. You can see right on the grid what time the most people can. We even use it with colleagues in different countries - it works without problems. The interface is not the most fashionable, but it does its job. So try it - it should make your life easier. And if something has changed, you can always go in and edit your hours.

I tested when2meet - it is really convenient, I especially liked that everything is on one page, no passwords, logins, complicated settings. I marked the hours, sent them to friends - everything is transparently visible. I am surprised that I have not heard of it before. I think this is a great solution for spontaneous meetings, especially if you do not want to spend a lot of time on discussions.
