Anyone seen this crime thriller directed by Russell Mulcahy
and starring Kim Basinger, Val Kilmer and Terence Stamp?

It will be released on dvd here soon.

The cover art fullfill it´s purpose and
makes me want to buy the dvd [Smile] [Smile]

Never liked that movie... cheap looking and boring, in my humble opinion!

Thanks for the warning JAY LEE.

It seems that Mulcahy totally lost it during the 90s.
I´ve seen only two 90s films from him so far:

Shadow (1994) was a so-so based on a comic book adventure flick
and Tale of the Mummy (1998) was terrible.

I mean this is a guy who did classics like Razorback, Highlander and Ricochet.

I kinda liked The Shadow! He didn't totally pull off the moody noir style needed, but he sure as hell got closer than whoever did that recent Spirit movie! What an absolute cluster**** that was!

I love Will Eisner's Spirit comic books, but I guess The Shadow is as close as i'll come, cinematically. Im still hurting from that Spirit flick..... Sam Jackson as a nazi..... oy vei!

Like it, don't love it. I quite enjoy "heist" type flicks....
