Does anyone else remember the Disney sunday night movies on ABC? I remember the boogey man movies where the kids would find puddles of green slime on the floor. All I can find about a Disney movie like this is called Mr. Boogedy, but it doesnt really seem to fit the movie I remember. Does anyone know of a movie like this?

I totally do Made in 81! I actually bring it up quite often on here [Smile] I started a post awhile back when ABC was having a Disney Saturday night and it actually didn't last long....but in that process I found a cool site that listed every movie ever played on those Sundays.

my old thread about disney movies

Cute story........my mom and I were at Disneyworld when I went and we were sitting on the street watching the final fireworks show of the night.....my mom who rarely talks about her childhood at all........said to me when Tinkerbell flew across the sky........"that just gave me chills and reminded me of when I used to watch the Disney movies on Sunday nights as a child" It was one of the cool bonding moments for my mom and I....I know cheesy [Smile]

Made in 81.........there's Mr. Boogedy and Bride of Boogedy....I've tried watching them on youtube but the quality was awful!

Ok thanks Muffy. I read a few things on these movies but they didnt sound quit like the ones I saw. Maybe I just remembered it with the imagination of a child. Aww thats not cheesy, hope to have those moments with my own children, already passed on my love for New Kids On the Block to them...oops! Thanks for your info!

On another note, I still love NKOTB and named one of my kids Joey, although I rarely admit to that being the reason. lol my guilty secret!

Hahaha Joey was so cute and I wanted to just squeeze him! Now watching the "best off" I cant believe how smokin Jordan's body was, but as a 9-10 yr I wouldnt notice that. But Jordan's really not so great looking anymore. Is Donnie the only one that still has a successful career?

I live for moments like that where art and reality co-exist. One of my favorite bonding moments is decpicted in a picture of my son, who was about 12 at the time, and me standing on the very gazebo where the Castle Rock killer dispatched his last victim in the David Cronenberg masterpiece "Dead Zone." It's located in Niagra-on-the-Lake, Ontario, voted Canada's prettiest town, just over the border along the Niagra Parkway. Man, I've spent some fantastic times in that place. Funny story: I had gotten a suite at the nicest hotel there for a romantic tryst many years ago. The bellhop was lugging our bags up to the room, when he turned to me and said, "Wow! You got a great suite. Jim Kelly stayed in it last weekend." I gave him what could only be described as a perplexed look as I wondered why 1970's and 80's marital arts star Jim Kelly had stayed there. Then I realized that he was referring to the Jim Kelly who was the Buffalo Bills football quarterback. This is proof of how a Rewinder's brain function is so much different than the average person's. I hope that was the Anchor Bay edition!
