Is that the one with Boris Karloff?

Nightmare on Elm Street was the creepiest I ever saw. I had chills through most of it except for a spot when it got real quiet during the movie and someone ripped a fart loud enough for everybody to hear it. I'll never forget that.

my orginal picks I posted on page 1 of this thread still hold up for me. And yes, Black Sabbath just happens to be one of them. So I agree completely.

The only movie that really scared the crap out of me was The Exorcist. I think it is because I was raised Roman Catholic and think that that kind of thing could happen. A few others are kinda scary to me, but not enough to keep me up at night- Poltergeist is one of them. My husband thinks I'm weird, lol.

I have yet to see the unedited, not formatted-for-TV version of the Excorcist. I only watched it on TBS, I think, when I was in college. And that one time was enough lol.

I saw The Hearse as a kid and I thought it was pretty freaky! The woman in the movie kept running into this hearse and the driver would keep creeping around after her. This was a pretty good flick though.
