The movie is 80's. It has to do with a group of kids pre-teens who escaped or ranaway from detention facility, orphanage, foster home, not sure. There is a female with the group. I remember the kids becoming blood brothers, I remember two of the adolescents kissing at the end, the lead boy and the girl,and they all might have been on top of a roof and the most familiar scene is where the kids throw lawn furniture into a pool near the end. They kinda just go on a punk destructive rampage. No name actors and actress wasn't that popular nor that good. I've tried numerous of other sites and have googled it like crazy and can't find a clue, i guess it would be like a coming of age film. Any help I'd really really really appreciate it.

I don't think so....that movie seems kinda dark. The one I am thinking of was more of a comedy where they get into mischief, not full fledged criminal sprees. Plus all the characters were orphans from the beginning I think.

Agreed. Really low budget, not much happens, but it's still a good film.

Does anyone know where I can buy it? Ebay only has UK versions & my DVD player is not compatible. All vhs copies are previous rentals & am afraid of the quality of the product.
