'Navy Seals'? 'Why Me'? It looks like two people side by side. That could be a million covers.

Hmmmm...the white patch in the top left corner looks like...a rabbit? Maybe "Here Comes Peter Cotton Tail"? * Curious as to why you are in this predicament of having to guess this movie...if you're willing to share! [Confused]

If it is the front cover art, you have to spin the picture to look at it the correct way. Still can't make it out.

I'm pretty sure that it's the back cover art. And my guess is that the person in the upper right hand corner is Tom Hanks. An 80's-looking Tom Hanks. Also, it looks like the person is holding his hand out with something gleaming in it, sort of like how Jim Carey is thrusting his arm out on the cover art of Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

Now i´m thinking that it could be the Corey Feldman, Zach Galligan movie Round Trip to Heaven (1992)
I need to check the cover art when i get home.

hey guys , sorry but there is no great mystery as to why we need to know , just a bit of fun while looking through old photos with old friends. We made a pact to find out which movie it is, the winner gets a free night out courtesy of the others the next time we get together for dinner and drinks

You know, if that IS the front cover viewed upside down....rather than two heads in the upper frame against a blue background (which is how our eyes want to see it from our vantage point), it could be a gaggle of people in the lower/mid frame against a pink background. In that case, it just might be the cover art for The Breakfast Club:

http://www.imdb.com/media/rm2823264256/tt0088847

....and I can't believe I registered this late at night just so I could post that and get it off my chest.

The way the box is oriented, it's either the front cover art upside down, or the back cover the right way up. That makes more sense, as the big block of (pink?) would be foe the text and stuff, and then you have two heads above that.

I agree one looks like it 'could be' an 80s Tom Hanks, certainly it's someone with curly black hair. The other one looks like they are wearing some kind of white crash helmet or space helmet, with a couple of spikes or antennae sticking up.

Otherwise, you're looking at a big white Rabbit, and it could be HARVEY, from 1950, starring Jimmy Stewart.

Paul , that is exactly what i thought it was and kinda the reason i posted in the first place, i thought that the apparent helmet would be a dead giveaway for anyone who knew the movie. perhaps it is not a helmet at all , geez it gets more difficult everytime i look at it

The 'white helmet' could just be light reflecting off the box. Also, we could be looking at the back of the box judging by the way it's facing.

At first I thought it was dumb and dumberer, ya know with the guys hair stickin up on both sides. But after flippin my laptop over and magnifying the image, its a guy with a blue shirt and one of those british style ties, the white part is his collar. The image is distorted cause its one of those old vhs paper covers and its folded up a little with light shinin on it. But i still have no clue what it is dangit !
