I'm not sure if this was a 70's or 80's show. It was a sci-fi show about earthlings that have populated one of the other planets in our solar system I think it was Neptune but i'm not sure. It is always raining and complete overcast over the entire planet all the time. I believe it is set in a classroom and they alway dream of sunshine. The end of the show somehow the rain stops and the sun shines and they all love it. I know it a vauge description but that is all I remember about it. I think it was a tv epsiode not a movie but I could be wrong.

i remember seeing this as a kid, but i never would have guessed the name. i always felt bad for that little girl.
