This film is Set on another planet ruled by an evil" doctor" who experiments on the people leaving gruesome factions of alien types, from fat white blobby people things to evil children.
Our heroine finds herself trying to escape with the aid of a hero.
At one point they are very thirsty but cant drink the water it is poisonous.
She gets caught by the doctor who puts her through a gruesome assault course with blades and knives and stuff but she makes it through, the idea was if she made it she could go free but the doctor then wants her for himself because of her energy.Any one know whats its called. It may be 80s im unsure.

That would be: "Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone." That was a good movie. It was made in 1983 and stars Molly Ringwald and Peter Strauss.

Cool movie. It is out on DVD. I saw it in '83 in 3D when it was released at the cinema. I wish they would put it out in 3D.

Currently only available on DVD in the US (region 1). All you'll get on eBay are old vhs copies or imported dvds - better to get the dvd from Amazon. At least then you know you're getting an original and not a knocked-off copy.
