I did too. I just expected it to be a different kind of weird. Went in with the wrong expectations for sure.
Yeah, I had expectations.

Featuring blaxploitation veterans Richard Roundtree and Jim Brown. Plus a lot of young actors who can't act, but that's not important.
If you dig Cannon flicks, you should get this..... im looking at you, aTomiK Posts: 1278 | From: Denmark,Europe | Registered: Dec 2007 | Site Updates: 3

Watched Tennessee Nights aka Tennessee Waltz aka Black Water with Julian Sands and Stacey Dash. Overall.. the fact that the movie has three different names should be a sign to avoid. But even though there were so many unanswered questions.. I found it intriguing and thought Stacey Dash was very good in it.
It had some big names in it in smaller roles.. Rod Steiger, Ned Beatty, Johnny Cash, and Ed Lauter. But the fun was seeing Brian McNamara the older brother from "Mystery Date" in a supporting role.

The Secret of My Success. I can't believe how young Michael J. Fox looks in this movie- he looks like a baby compared to now. Last thing I saw him in was Rescue Me Season 5- he was excellent.

What I love about Crackhouse is that it starts out as an episode of 21 Jumpstreet, then it turns into the gang movie Colors, and finishes of as your standard Cannon 80's action flick. Good stuff!
just watched this last night...
UNCOMMON VALOR-1983
Before there was Missing In Action and Rambo, there was Uncommon Valor. Great movie, great cast!

(This is a lie. Certainly not the last one I watched. Watched it before I signed up. Posting it for two reasons; For one, I watched it a few days before signing up, so I didn't have a chance. And secondly, I want to see if I can make a clickable image that leads you to the movie's IMDb page. If this works, that's how I'm gonna do it in the future. Okay.)
Also known as Skate or Die. Good movie. So '80s that it hurts (in a good way).

I like the clickable image idea! If The Rewind has a page, maybe use a link to it when possible at times.
My fav 80's skateboard flick is Thrashin', but it is fun to see Tony Hawk in "Gleaming the Cube"..
