Just when you thought you'd seen it all, comes along this sick, little puppy.

Hal, driving a fancy Corvette Stingray, kisses Babsy as a gang of bikers roll up. Their leader
taunts Hal and spits on him. Later, Hal forces one of the bikers into a fatal accident. Hal goes
back to pick up Babsy at a club, but the bikers are waiting for him outside.. beat him up.. and
brutally rape Babsy.
Hal calls in the help of a friend who runs a kickboxing school. At the biker's funeral, the
kickboxers show up.. beat the living hell out of them.. and castrate the bikers' nazi-worshipping
leader. Later, the bikers retaliate at the kickboxing school, gunning down all of them.
Meanwhile, Hal picks up a hitchhiking girl, Lily. They end up at his parents' estate. As Hal
and Lily make love in the nearby forest (..what would Babsy say about that ?!!..), the bikers show
up again and brutally kill Hal's parents and their servants. Hal, heavily armed with guns and
grenades, vows one final act of revenge !

The book DVD Delirium says the following :
,..Bullet-paced and completely indefensible, Mad Foxes is one of the most absurd trash pics ever made.
Every single element screams outrageousness - from its tasteless acts of violence and gore to its
non-stop slate of sexual shenanigans and nudity..'

Well, that about sums it up pretty accurately ! [Big Grin]

Mad Foxes is a Spanish / Swiss co-production partially produced and financed by notorious Swiss
producer / distributor (and occasional director) Erwin C. Dietrich, who did many softcore sex-flicks
(sometimes crossing the line into hardcore territory) in the 70's, including some incredibly sleazy
women-in-prison movies directed by Jess Franco.
In the mid-80's, Dietrich was fairly succesfull again as the producer of a trio of adventurous war-movies
directed by Italian filmmaker Antonio Margheriti (aka Anthony Dawson), and starring big-name actors
such as Klaus Kinski, Ernest Borgnine, Donald Pleasence and Lee Van Cleef.

Mad Foxes features a cast of mostly no-name 'actors' and was directed by a Paul Gray.
The Imdb lists suspiciously many Erwin Dietrich productions among his credits.
And to be honest, i wouldn't be too surprised if Mad Foxes was actually helmed by Dietrich himself.

The soundtrack includes songs by Swiss rockband Krokus.

About a decade ago, Mad Foxes was released on Dietrich's own ABC DVD label in Switzerland,
beautifully restored in widescreen.
(think Anchor Bay or Blue-Underground quality-wise) !

The funniest thing about Mad Foxes is that in some territories it was released as Stingray 2,
for no apparent reason other than the main character is driving a Corvette.

Considered dispicable, repulsive, and the lowest form of cinematic entertainment by some,
may very well be the ultimate party-movie to others !

Welcome to the world of European trash cinema ! [Big Grin]
