I can say 3 obvious candidates stand out:

-Mickey's Christmas Carol: for a condensed version of the tale, it's extremely effective, and it helps there's an ominous undercurrent to most of the ghostly action, culminating in what has to be the hands-down scariest vision of Christmas Future of any version yet produced,

-A Muppet Family Christmas: although it's an extremely simple plot, it's franchise at its very best, and writing it to put Kermit and the gang, the Sesame crew, and Fraggles together in one show makes it all the worth it--plus of course Henson's cameo at the end,

-A Garfield Christmas Special: it really has heart and warmth, especially in the character's gifts to each other, plus effective humor (one does have to feel for Pa Arbuckle, forced to read Binky the Clown that Saved Christmas to his fully grown sons)

Honorable mention (or, they just missed pure excellence): A Claymation Christmas, Ziggy's Gift, The Bells of Fraggle Rock, The Christmas Toy, Yogi's First Christmas
