Bamersy .. I actually always thought "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" was a bit awkward. I realize that this show was intended to be sweet and kid friendly, but for some reason it came across as too nice to me.

I never understood why the cool college kids never made a drinking game--or cult hit--out of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood with all the weirdness like Purple Panda, Mr. McFeely, etc. it is really quite brilliant in a surreal way.
