I have been out all day shopping ...trying to finish up with Christmas stuff, and had to get all the groceries for our party this weekend. I think people just get really busy right now with the holidays , but they will come back around.
All the crowds and the lines....it takes forever to do anything. When I came home today...my mom thought I had got run over by a reindeer.

I think everyone is just busy preparing for the Holidays. I'm leaving on Saturday to visit family on the mainland and have been scrambling around trying to get all my X-mas shopping done and get some winter clothes (literally the only long sleeve shirts I currently own are collared button-downs for work).

Is Elvis dead?

Oh, and Kevdug - what the fudge is Aggression Replacement Training? Is it learning how to take all your anger and turn it into a ball deep in your intestines until one day it forms a giant ulcer?

[Big Grin] Stitch...I'm a Child and Youth Counsellor...I work front line in a residential treatment facility. Aggression Replacement Training is the new buzz in Child and Youth Care. It's a process taught to youth using a lot of role plays and concrete examples....teaching that anger is actually a healthy and normal human emotion...it's how they are expressing thier anger that is the problem...aggression....ummm...blahhh blahhh blahhh you're probably thinking now....sorry you asked? I have been kinda busy lately, trying to get ready for Christmas. Besides work, I've been trying to clean and make cookies, and do the everyday crap like laundry. Plus today I've got one of my headaches. I've been getting them more often lately. I don't know if they are migraines or just from my allergies. Anyway, when I get one, all I want to do is veg out.
