Finally watched this one today and like all of Apatow's movies I enjoyed it quite a bit. If you look beyond the potty humour his movies have a lot of heart to them Still haven't decided if I like this one better or The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Classic comedic Apatow movie. The web site they had an idea for of what actress gets nude how far into a particular movie had me in stitches as well as the roomate who had an ongoing bet on how long he could go without shaving. I think I like 40 Year Old Virgin better. I can have a bad day and watch that chest waxing scene and lmao like the first time I saw it......

I enjoyed Knocked Up but it was nowhere near as funny as I'd hoped it would be.

i agree, 40 year old virgin was better and way funnier...
i did like knocked up, but some scenes were too damn long?

40 yr old virgin never gets old though... classic lines galore!

I thought Paul Rudd was hilarious in 40 Yr Old Virgin and the part where he bought Andy the box of porn was priceless. I thought Superbad was so so. It wasn't my fave or least fave. Forgetting Sarah Marshall was alot funnier.......

Superbad is responsible for me having some fun in the bar. At mt favourite watering hole that I go to I always sit up at the bar. Whenever somebody that's sitting next to me gets carded I always say "You changed your name to McLovin?" That always gets some pretty good laughs.

I finally saw this one last night, and it was better than what I thought. It was definitely funny. I thought the birthing scene was one of the funniest moments.

You are so right!! This movie is great and there are SOOOOOO many classic lines! A couple of my fav:

"I'm very discreet but I'll haunt your dreams."

"Use your peripherals..."

"Let's get some f#$%in' french toast."

"I moved, I changed my phone number, I changed my email address..." "Well, I didn't know that!"

"I spent alot of time with the la-dies but uh, I'm looking to get back up on that pogostick." [Big Grin]

I could keep going...

Also, the part where Andy tries to pick up Beth and acts like David Corruso in Jade, "kinda cool but kind of a ****" is brilliant!

I watched Knocked up last night. It was funny. Not as good as 40 year old virgin, but funny.

The birthing scene was funny. "I think the baby is crowning now." The look on that kids face when he walked in and say the baby coming out was hilarious.

I like the scene in Las Vegas when they ate the mushrooms, and the Cirque du Soleil freaked him out. He got up and ran out... Funny. Then later in the hotel room with the chairs... "There are 5 different types of chairs in this room" [Big Grin]
