This post is for those who wonder what Ralph Macchio is doing nowadays...
"Parade" magazine is a weekly color supplementary publication that appears in Sunday editions of some American newspapers that cover large cities.
Each week, there is a column where people write questions about certain celebrities or people-in-the-news.
Recently, there was one letter about Ralph Macchio, so I'm going to reprint it for you here.
QUESTION: What is Ralph Macchio of Karate Kid fame doing these days? - Jennifer Krockenberger, Terre Haute, Indiana.
ANSWER: Trying to make a comeback. He hasn't had a memorable role since "My Cousin Vinny" in 1992, but Macchio, now 40, still auditions for parts. While waiting for his next big break, he lives with his wife Phyllis, a nurse, and two children on Long Island, N.Y. Macchio also stepped behind the camera to write and direct "Love Thy Brother", a 9-minute comedy that was screened at this year's Sundance Film Festival.

Macchio will turn 41 in November.
