Hi,
I am new to this forum but I was wondering if anyone knows what the tea is that Mr. Miyagi gives to daniel -san is? Also I was wondering if anyone knows what daniel - san soaks his foot in (this is a third movie reference)? Is it the same tea just make into a soak? Thank you for your time and co-operation!
P.S. Please forgive the horrid grammar as I am not well at the moment.

Hi there.
I watched that movie last night.
Miyagi-san doesnt say whats in that footpowder when Daniel asks, probobly because Daniel would have pulled his foot out of the soak real fast if he did know. But what was stated was that it stinks!!!
About the tea,I think it is a ery normal herb tea, maybe with some of Miyagi-sans own special ingredients.
A student of mine told me here the other day that he actually had contacted Ralph Macchio, the man that plays Daniel-san and asked a few questions on his myspace profile. To his surprise he got a reply back to these questions by the one and only Karate kid himself,he even got the authentity of the person behind the profile confirmed, and it is indeed Ralph Macchio in person.
I can ask him to ask Daniel-san for you,but t could take time as Mr Macchio is a busy man,and not online a whole lot.

And no,your grammar is fne sweetie, dont you worry about it.
Hope you get well soon.

I'm guessing it's probably some kind of therapeutic soak. My wife has used therapeutic salts added to her bath to help relieve menstrual pains before. I'm sure the nature of it is not too different from that. You can also purchase muscle and joint therapeutic soak formula online though I'm pretty sure it's not quite the same thing.
