Steven Spielberg's early-90s cartoon "Tiny Toon Adventures". The episode was "Thirteensomething", written by
Sherri Stoner, and it involved the character of Babs Bunny trying to pass herself off as human on a soap opera. Several lines from "Tootsie" are even directly quoted.
