Italian title for the film is Luca il Contrabbandiere. It was released in the UK as The Naples Connection and is also known as The Smuggler.
The shooting titles for the film were Mean Blood, Vicious & Il Contrabbandiere

Contraband is not available in the US or UK on DVD. A DVD is available though from Japan Shock Video & Distribution. It's a PAL All region DVD titled The Smuggler and is an excellent widescreen print.
