Nice homage for Fever with the use of "More Than a Woman" by the Bee Gees. "Who's Johnny" by El DeBarge hit #3 on the charts that year as well as "Come And Follow Me" performed by Max Carl and Marcy Levy (aka Marcella Detroit).Update Us

The song "Who's Johnny?" is repeated several times in the film, first on Stephanie's stereo and later on the radio in the NOVA truck. Having heard it several times, it's most likely the reason that Number 5 changes his name at the film's end to "Johnny 5".

Instrumental Score

Primary Composer(s): David Shire

Lush orchestrations and creative electronics energize the score for SHORT CIRCUIT and were responsible for bringing Number 5 to life! The electronic score by David Shire, who also did "Saturday Night Fever" and "2010", was released as a special limited edition by Varese Sarabande in 2008. [Thanks to Paul Trigwell]Update Us
