The prolific Alan Silvestri scored the movie. He also scored, amongst others, such 80's classics such as "Fandango" (1985), "Back To The Future" (1985) and "Predator" (1987) There was a tune called "Romancing the Stone" written by Eddie Grant that was used in the film and sold as a single, but not included on a soundtrack...
News:Alan Silvestri's ROMANCING THE STONE score is finally available on CD! It's on the Varese Sarabande CD Club label, and is a limited pressing of 3,000 copies. The CD features over 60 minutes of Silvestri's knockout score! [Thanks to Chris Shaneyfelt for the head's-up]
