The cast & crew had to leave the ranch location and return to LA because the crew guys were inviting the college girls from Fresno University, which was across from their hotel, out to the location and the caterer kept running out of food etc! -Jack English, Locations manager on "Roadhouse".

The exterior shots of "The Double Deuce" and "Red's Auto Parts" were facades that were built on site. The barn that Dalton rents was also built just for the movie.
