Under their watchful eye, the following special places were used for filming "Gotcha!":
These scenes were actually shot at UCLA Campus, located in Los Angeles, S. California. Google Map
The movie was shot on location in Paris, France and Berlin, West Germany (where the authorities took a dim view of the filmmakers and their project), as well as UCLA.
Anthony Edwards' apartment, "Gayley Terrace" is located one block west of the Fox Village Theatre in Westwood Village. It's still there and still looks just like it did in the movie! [Thanks to Scott]
Berlin Tegel Airport [TXL] (Named: Otto Liliental) was used twice: arrival in Berlin and departure in Hamburg.
The Castle "Zitadelle" in Spandau, Berlin and Burger King at Kurfurstendamm, Berlin were also used [Thanks to Jonathan Moore] Mike writes in to say that Burger King is now closed...
Can you help? Do you know any of the Los Angeles, S. California (or any other) filming locations used for Gotcha!? Please Update Us
Locations LinksIf you know of a good link for Gotcha! locations, please let us know.
LX is our radical new locations feature that we've been beavering away on.. For years!
Each location will have it's own page with then/now pictures, maps, StreetView, discovery story and the most detailed explanations on how the location was used. Most importantly, the locations will have a status that shows whether they are verified correct and by whom. We are working with the actual locations managers or other crew where possible. The whole thing will be very interactive and you will, of course, be able to update everything.
