OK all I remember is that this film is set in the future the star is I think a goverment offical and he gets accused of killing someone but he doesn't remember it. it turns out that he is accused of being a clone or android i can't remember what one but he doesn't believe them. I know this is sketchy sorry

Yea thats not it either Jean claude wasn't in it. I think this is gonna be a tough one cause I can't remember much. If I remember it right he lived in a house in the woods or a wooded area. Thanks for all the guess so far guys with a little luck we will get it.

lol i'm starting to think i was dreamin too. lol.
the actors that come to mind is like Cole Hauser and Michael Rooker but I have checked their IMDB stuff and nothing. Also I keep thinking that the title of the movie had something to do with the clone or imposter lines of thinking.
