Ok. Think about a cast member in each of these 80s movies

Roger Moore?

Posted by TerdNthePoolGGB (Member # 9818) on :

Theres 1 cast member (all different with a key role in each movie) from each movie and these 5 people have something in common.

Without just googling it, what is the population of Shermer Illinois. I have seen this in one movie. Not sure if its in any others.

It has a population? I didn't realize they went into that much detail with that fictional town. I know Northbrook, (the city it's based off of), is about 35,000 or so.

Well, this is a very good question then. I do not know. Either I didn't see the movie that they revealed the population in, or I just missed it. I hope someone knows the answer because now I'm curious what it is.

I never really picked up on it until at least my 6 7 or 8th viewing of it.

Its funny. When i saw it , i wanted to use it on here for a trivia question so i w rote it down on a sticky note and stuck it on the fridge. Its been there a couple years. The wife even asked me what it was and if i was gonna get rid of it. Lol

Oh man, can't wait to hear the movie and the population. Another great question!

Ok pyro, you are on the right track. I tried finding the population of Northbrook in 1984-1985 but gave up on that search. I did find 1990 and 1980 and the number is pretty close. If anyone can find the 1984 or 1985 number that would be interesting to see.

The answer to the population of Shermer Illinois is in the movie Weird Science.

In the movie Funny Farm how many lamb fries did Andy eat to break the record. Remember, the one he spit out doesn't count.

Folks don't seem to have a taste for testicles no more.

Testicles?

Yes mam.... sheep balls

Tell them why your's are so tasty.

The trick is you have to clip them off way up high.

That scene get's me so good every time! Love this movie. I'll be watching it soon and I can't wait.
