Well I've checked out the new trailer for - ghostbusters (2016) and my first impression's of it are that it's probably going to suck!

There is no amount of money you could pay me to sit through this.
Although for those that considers Melissa McCarthy falling down a lot as the pinnacle of comedic expression, im sure they'll have a great time.

This hurts my brain....and saddens my heart!! Right from the first scene (the excessive sliming)...this felt like a dud! So would have loved to see the original cast reprise their roles...would have been great with the new technology...could have added a new Ghostbuster or two to the original team! Melissa McCarthy WAS funny enough, but like others before her, plays the same character in every movie in which people will eventually tire of....I'll pass....

Wow, a bunch of old grumps on here! hahaha. I'm excited for it. It might be bad, but I'll take the risk, just for a trip down memory lane. I agree McCarthy was maybe not the best pick, because her role is always the same. I'm sure it will be over the top. I'm sure there will be some bad jokes. But just hearing that piano at the beginning of the trailer made me really excited to see what they made. I'm not looking for this to replace the old ones, just hopefully carry on the brand.
