Now, I'm a huge fan of this trilogy!

Who else is?

Which one was your favorite film, your favorite character, favorite scene?

And why you loved it.

First one has to be the best! Although me and my sister have a soft spot for number 2! We still do the voice of the creepy old man to each other! "You can't keep her... I am not dead...."

Yes, the first one is the best!
I know what you mean, my mother and I have a soft spot for number 2.

I love the part when Taylor the Indian says "Car still angry, huh?" [Big Grin]

The third was okay, I always cry at the end, though.

Although part three was the proverbial wrench in the machine, it was salvaged with Skerrit at the helm. It's understandable why a different direction was chosen and although the least desirable, it is still watchable. The original and its sequel are a nice 80's horror rendition focused on one central family and their hurdles. The series could have easily ended after the sequel though.

"God is in his Holy temple!" Julian Beck was very scary. That poor franchise was cursed. I haven't heard too many good things about the remake. For one thing, they didn't even use the same names, does that even constitute a remake?
