I remember this movie was about people having time credits to buy things when their credit runs out they die. How ever one guy questions everything and finally reaches the next level. I know there is a new release (in this century) called in time and it has a similar yet miles away plot. Some one suggested Time troopers but I cant find much on that movie. And the plot doesnt quite fit, any help apprecitated Thanks (never saw it at a cinema only on Video
