Heartbreaker is a fun teen/young adult flick directed by Frank Zuniga.
The movie features cool cars, beautiful girls, and rival car tuning clubs: The Golden Knights and The Vikings.

The cast is awesome:

Fernando Allende is Beto, the ultimate ladies man who falls desperately in love with
Dawn Dunlap (Forbidden World) who plays Kim, the new girl in town.
Very young Miguel Ferrer (RoboCop) plays Angel, one of Beto´s buddies in his third feature film.
Michael D. Roberts (The Ice Pirates) is the funny Hopper who owns Hopper´s Mad Hydraulics.
Peter Gonzales Falcon is the evil Hector and Robert Dryer (Jake from Savage Streets) is Hector´s right hand man.
Pepe Serna is crazy as Loco the paintbrush man and you can also see Apollonia Kotero in a small role.

I loved the groovy and rockin´ soundtrack which also features three nice tunes sung by Kim Ford.

All this plus short arcade scene, club sequence and wet t-shirt contest.
You gotta love the early 80s!

Heartbreaker R1 dvd was released in 2002.

So, if you want to have some fun with the lowriders, check it out. ORALE!
