Violated (1984)

What a crazy exploitation movie! [Smile]
The cast is interesting: Daisy White, J.C. Quinn (Vision Quest, Maximum Overdrive etc.),
Lisanne Falk (Heathers), Elizabeth Kaitan (Friday 7), Jonathan Ward (White Water Summer, Mac and Me),
porn star Samantha Fox and John Heard.

White plays Lisa, a girl who is invited to a party and a guy rapes her there.
Quinn is a cop who doesnīt like rape cases but is ready to jump to bed with Lisa.
Kaitan was also raped by the same dudes but now works for them as a hooker.
Ward is Lisaīs brother who sees her sister naked and is ready to jump to bed with his big sister right away...
So fun and so wicked [Big Grin]

This is a very low budget film written and directed by a guy called Richard Cannistraro.
Not surprisingly, this is his only film.

I donīt know how they got John Heard to do this.
He played a character called Skipper and has about two minutes screentime.

Anyway, if you like bad movies check it out for a few laughs.
I know that most of the cast would like to destroy all the remaining copies of this film [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Very nice. This one is right up my alley ! [Big Grin]

Might be a little hard to track this down though.

The last 25 seconds of that trailer were soooo funny. That was quite an interrogation there !
(and some highly quotable lines too, which i wouldn't repeat here though) [Big Grin]

It took some time.. but i think i may be on to something now.
(yes, i'm quite a detective myself) [Big Grin]

Apparently this was re-titled 'De Wraak Van Een Vrouw' (which is Dutch for The Revenge Of A Woman),
and was released here on video in 1988 by CNR Video along with Silk (1986), which was released
by CNR at the same time.

I found an old CNR Video magazine somewhere among my old videostore-memorabilia which had
an ad for both these movies.

BTW, do you have a VHS database or galleria there in Netherlands?
We do have one here and itīs a collectors dream come true.

Not that i know of, unfortunately.

That would indeed be awesome !

All information i have regarding Dutch video releases mostly comes from my own collection of
vintage videostore-magazines, title-lists from certain videostores which no longer exist, and other
catalogues or promotional magazines, mostly from the period '86 - '91.

I still have over 100 magazines from that period, and i'm very glad i never threw them away.
Unfortunately many of my posters and cardboard displays got lost over the years.
I still have some, but not nearly as much as i used to.

I had very cool displays of Toxic Avenger, Raiders Of Death and Scared To Death.
They're not around anymore. I guess they got thrown away when my parents cleaned up their attic
at some point or something. [Frown]

Wow, youīve got a library there!
I also own some videostore-magazines, extra covers and movie posters.
Itīs always nice to glance through them.
