even though this got slated by most folks i quite enjoyed this friday the 13th style slasher,i have this on a region 4 (australian) uncut dvd,the uk version was cut by about 13 seconds.
your right there crash he definitely made a convincing psycho,he looked like he could have been best buddies with norman bates!

Recently Italian director Ruggero Deodato said that David Hess signed up for the sequel to House on the Edge on the Park. (apparently he was to be seen as a ghost, or in a flashback). It's really sad that the man passed away.

from what i've read johnny house on the edge of the park 2 was in pre production and more or less getting ready to roll,wonder what will happen now.
i've never actually seen house on the edge of the park,read and heard a lot about it,i own last house on the left and body count,i'll have to try track down a uncut copy of house on the edge of the park,i'd like to see it!

Young Warrior, it's a very graphic and aggressive film filled to the max with sexual and violent intimidation scenes and devoid of all 'fantastic' elements. Only watch it when you're seriously in the mood for some hardcore exploitation.
The US dvd edition released some years ago by horror-label Shriek Show is probably the best choice. Among its bonus features is an hour-long interview with David Hess.

He had a very strong role in The Last House from the Left. He was also cool in Wes Craven´s Swamp Thing (1982)
I own The House on the Edge of the Park dvd and need to check it out one of these days.
