I'm looking for a movie from 80's or 90's (I was young in that time so I don't remember well). It is about guy who need to transport a blue race car with big truck to some race. Meanwhile he took the car outside the truck and police chase him for some reason. The car is blue one. The doors couldn't be open. It almost sounds like Smokey and the Bandit, but for some reason it sounds wrong. The doors couldn't be open? Na, that can't be it then.

No it's not. This guy came inside throught window. In one scene car is hidden in some barn on the ranch.
