It may be kinda cliché with screaming police captains but I just love it! I can't get enough of these In-need-of-anger-management-chiefs that screams at their rebelish subordinate detectives for not doing their job to his satisfaction.

I start with two obvious ones:

Inspector Todd in Beverly Hills Cop

...I might aswell mention Police Chief Hubbard of the Beverly Hills department.

Haden in 48 Hrs.

There is one instance that I can think of off the top of my head:

Captain Bonano in Hollywood Cop.

He is ill-tempered with Sergeant John "Turquey" Turquoise.

"DO YOU WANT SOME COFFEE? CAPPUCCINO???"

Just a Noms, doing his job [Cool]

Yeah Frank Mcrae was great, also in Used Cars and Last Action Hero.

Can't forget the onscreen captain in Last Action Hero, finally put in his place by Arnold at film's end ("I am da hero; you are just comedy relief!")

Sergeant Reed from Robocop was a shouter and you can't blame him: having to deal with his department being ransacked by OCP, soaring crime rates, union strikes and an emotionally troubled cyborg!

I have come to light with another example.

Captain Roma in Samurai Cop.

He is very furious, such as with Sergeant Joe Marshall.
