I love The Rachel Papers. The cast includes two of my all time favorites, Ione Skye & James Spader.

Interesting little movie. I enjoy watching Charles' journey from being a complete womanizer to being at the mercy of what initially seems to be a serious infactuation but in the end turns out to be true love. The way the differences between men and women during the course of a relationship are portrayed, feels real.

Throw in a little British flavor, some cool music and some steamy love scenes for good measaure and you end up with a movie that overall has a more mature feeling to it than most of the other teen movies that were in abundance at that time.

Check it out mamamiasweetpeaches. I'd love to hear what you think about it afterward.

I have this movie, but I have not watched it yet. Ione Skye is in a new Hallmark Christmas movie- I saw a little bit of it last night. Check the Hallmark channel's schedule- I'm sure they will be showing it again.

UPDATE: I really didnt care for it. I think a lot of that had to do with the main charactor NOT being very appealing.

I heard this is based on a very funny book though so im going to give that a shot.

You have to accept the fact that he's something of a self-absorbed slimeball otherwise you won't enjoy the movie.
