First "Valley Girl" and now "16 Candles".. welcome to the 80's you've been missing.

"Sixteen Candles" is my favorite John Hughes movie. There is so much to enjoy and I'm excited that you finally get a chance to see it.

The 1st time through it will probably be mainly about the hilarious Long Duk Dong, but later viewings will help you realize the awesomeness of the other characters.

"This information cannot leave this room. Ok? It would devastate my reputation as a dude.... I've never bagged a babe. I'm not a stud."

"I'm so happy. I finally have a place to put my hand."
"Geek, can I be totally honest with you?"
"Not if you're going to insult me."
"That you?"
"Yeah, that me."

"Relax, would you? We have seventy dollars and a pair of girls underpants. We're safe as kittens."

"Sixteen Candles" is loaded with great characters and incredible quotes.

Is it Bamersy or do you still go by water fountain girl?

And before you respond .. I totally know the "Geek, can I be totally honest with you?" line was directed to me.. if not.. I'm sure it is now..

JAAAKKKKEEE!!!

Veronica.. uh.. too much information!

Secret Admirer.. Mike had several hilarious quotes and there were a few more by others that I thought about posting, but I wasn't sure they were appropriate.

Looks like Veronica broke that barrier late last night though... [Eek!]
