Just watched Red Heat.
Nope not the Arnie movie, it´s Linda who´s in trouble again [Cool]

Here´s the plot summary taken from IMDb:

An American woman visiting her fiancée in West Germany is caught up with a defecting spy and captured by those in the East.
After brutal interrogation she is placed in a prison along with sadistic guards and in-mates.
As she tries to survive in a world of deprivation and rape, her fiancée fights his own bureaucracy in an attempt to find her.

This was a decent WIP flick.
Starring Linda Blair, Sylvia Kristel, Sue Kiel and William Ostrander.

Tangerine Dream did the soundtrack which was a real surprise for me,
i thought that i knew all their 80s work. Well, live and learn.

Anyone else seen this one?

Chained Heat with Blair and Sybil Danning was much better.

Maybe it is but one can still enjoy the best parts of Red Heat.
I don´t have Chained Heat yet. The uncut version is really hard to find.

Atomik I would like to crown you king of the b movies! haha You find everything..........The only person that comes close in my mind is The Wizard and I haven't seen him around these parts in a long while.

I've never seen this one.

Hey Muffy, i can live with that [Cool]
I like all kinds of movies but many times i do like to dig a little deeper.
And then there´s the thrill of the hunt when you´re looking for some rare-ish flicks.

I always got this confused with Chained Heat, but I've seen both back in my teenage years, on those late nights.

Erik Estrada did a women in prison film in the 80s...I think it's expensive to get.

Caged Fury (1989)

Don't stop digging Atomik! The movies you talk about are the ones that had a life on VHS, but seem to have been largely forgotten since then.

Yeah... where did The Wiz go? I miss him. He was one of the good ones. Then again, there are several people who disappeared from here that I miss. Remember Skinnypup? I even miss 'Rocksteady'. People move on I guess. Plus real life sometimes throws curveballs.

great poster art, especially the swedish cover, saying that the other cover looks pretty cool also.

never seen red heat atomik, sure looks entertaining!

i've watched chained heat - that was great,i've also seen caged fury - that was hilariously bad but also fun to watch.

 -
i used to own the trip feature on the right, picture quality was abysmal.

another i've watched is a very heavily butchered copy of jungle warriors which also stars chained heats sybill danning, that's pretty cool as well, would like to see it uncut.

this w.i.p triple feature(below) that came out i think the other year to dvd,i read somewhere but am not certain but one or more of the movies are edited.

some these w.i.p movies seem quite hard to come about in there original uncut form.

Sadly the Mr. Skin triple feature includes edited Red Heat.

I remember that Drug Traffikers is actually Thunder (1983) aka Thunder Warrior.
I own the Thunder dutch VHS tape and i´m gonna watch it again soon.

I own the uncut finnish Jungle Warriors VHS tape.
It´s a highly entertaining movie, i love it!

Remarkable cover art on those tapes, my goodness, not sure if you could release sleeves like that now. I love Chained Heat, but never seen this one, must correct that soon.
