Im 28 and when I was really young I saw a film that has never left me. I cant remember the name and as the years have gone by I remember less and less of it, plus I only saw the film once.
It had a woman in it that was an "alien" but looked perfectly human.
She meets a guy.
They get chased by these twin alien men trying to kill her.
At the end of the film, she goes home in a neon ufo.

Was it a comedy? You would have been around 8 when My Stepmother is an Alien came out with Kim Basinger & Dan Ackroyd...I can't think of any others yet...

answer to your question, im pretty sure it was a action film, with abit of romance. I just rememember these twin brothers after her.
i just remember the end bit where her ufo was like the dimensions of a telephone box, but just neon lights. and she was saying something like "wasn't what you were expecting?"

Sounds liked Starcrossed a classic 1985 made for TV film
It has been playing on the Encore Love channel in the US recently (and it still has some showings coming up soon).

well i checked it out, and you were RIGHT!!! amazing, im soo happy. all these years, turned out to be a B-movie, thats why it was so rare.
