Anyone know if there are any movies listed with a 9.9 or a 10 rating? 9.8 is as high as Ive seen.

I don't think they allow a full 10 rating on here for reviews. The person who writes the review, puts in their own rating. I wrote a review for a movie and gave it a 10. When it got listed on this site, somehow the rating changed to 9.2.

I have been through all the reviews on the Rewind and I have turned up two that have a 9.9 out of 10 rating.

The Outsiders.

I have no real issue with "The Outsiders" and "Tootsie" with a 9.9 rating, but "Angel" with a 10 is definitely an error of some sort. I enjoy the movie.. but no way it is a 10.
