I just added this to my Netflix list. I never saw it. Is anyone here familiar with this movie?? Apparently, Brooke Shields is in it. Is it scary? Is it worth watching??

Oh my god, how weird...I just saw that pettyfan just posted about this movie a little prior to me posting...sorry to be repetitive. I'll head over to the 70's forum [Frown] . Sorry mods!

Cindy-I have it. I have it on VHS though. It is weird.

I thought it was kind of boring. I remember a scene where the little girl stabs a lady in the legs, and it was really creepy.

I can't remember much else about it, just that it wasn't a movie that I cared if I ever saw again, but I was curious about it.

This movie has been running on cable for about a month. Brooke doesn't have a huge part, but it is a creepy movie. It obviously didn't have a huge budget and some of the acting is so stiff, and some is over the top. My kids and I actually laughed out loud at it in parts! It is good for a one time viewing especially this time of year though.

PS- I didn't want to give too many plot details because that would spoil the movie. Enjoy!

I recently caught it on cable also. I actually liked it a lot, but it's definitely VERY dated. Bad '70s clothes, low-budget acting, low quality film stock, slow pacing, the works. If you don't go into it expecting something on the level of The Exorcist or Halloween, then you might enjoy it to some extent.

Im a Horror Enthusiast and not a lot fazes me...but this movie...everytime I watch it I feel like taking a hot shower! Its just so gritty and grubby! It "goes there" which I find admirable. They never duck out at the last minute...they set up a scene to freak you out/totally skeeve you and then they go for it!

The stairs scene? The rooftop scene? Thats some good Horror stuff right there.
