with probably as little info given as possible.

it was an early 80's teen flick, around the valley girl time period. the only thing i remember about the movie was a scene where a boyfriend sleeps with his girlfriends mother. she was in the shower and he hooked up with her there. then the girlfriend comes home from school and goes upstairs and walks in on the two of them in bed together. that's all i can remember from the movie. it's been killing me trying to remember the name of it. any help would be appreciated.

This is totally just someone dangling a new pair of 'water buffalos' in front of me in a ploy to pull me out of Rewind retirement. [Roll Eyes] You even named the movie you seek in your opening sentence.

OK xchazx, the movie you are describing is definitely...."Valley Girl". However, Skip's original plan might have been to hook-up with Suzi's mom, but the twist was it was actually Suzi in the shower and her mom later walks in on them in bed. [Eek!]

i'll watch valley girl tonight to see if it is indeed the movie i was thinking about. as you can tell, it's been a long time since i've seen it. if it is said film, i will apologize for wasting your time.

you are right, i am wrong. i apologize for wasting your time.

i took the shrink wrap off of the valley girl dvd that i've owned for years now and went to the scene selction. and sure enough, as soon as i saw bro riding his bike down the street i knew that was the scene i was looking for. at least the mystery for me is solved.

yeah, it was. i swear, as soon as the scene started i knew that was it and i couldn't wait to see it again. this really did solve a big mystery for me.

and going through the scene selection brought back a lot of memeories from this movie. i probably haven't watched it since '84 or so. now i'm dying to. but with boys aged 3 and 1, i never have the time to sit down and watch movies any more. my wife and i have designated saturday night as our netflix movie night so we watch a lot of current flicks. i have a feeling though i'll be able to sneak this one in during the week sometime soon. especially since the shrink wrap is off.

Thanks Muffster for saying what I would have.

xchazx, I was totally joking with you, I just thought it was hilarious that you unknowingly answered your own question. I would never consider chatting about my fav movie "Valley Girl" as wasting time.

Please find the time to watch it, so we can discuss.
