I've heard it's funny. I must have seen this on HBO years ago, but, I don't remember it...

Yes same here.
It was years ago when i last watched it.
I can remember it being very funny in the style of porkys/animal house and I think the guy who played pee wee (Dan Monahan) in porkys is actually in it aswell.
I will have to check it out.

I believe the girl who played Betty Childs, in Revenge of the Nerds, was in this as well. It's been a long time since I've seen it. You can't beat a movie about a collegiate white-water rafting contest can ya??? Only in the 80's baby!
