I can't think of the name of this movie. It is about some runaways i think and they move into this house that is falling apart, fix it, and turn it into a hang out for teens. they drive a van and i think they have some problems with the town. I think it came out around the same time as breakin.

I think you might be talking about Playing for Keeps.
It's available on DVD, but it doesn't really hold up over time.

Thanks, but it isn't For Keeps. It is a a fun movie not really any drama. I think either Mystic or House is in the title...

Playing for Keeps, which is the movie you are looking for, is not the same as For Keeps, which was about teen pregnancy with Molly Ringwald and Randall Bantikoff.
