Last Resort with Corey Haim and Feldman? I posted this in the 90's section and no one responded:(. Therefore, I've decided to post it in here because there's more traffic. Can any of you guys please tell me if this movie is worth buying? I saw it at Wal-Mart for $5. I can't resist a movie with the Corey's! Is it really horrible? Please advise cause I'm heading up to Wal-Mart later today. Thanks guys!

Yes I saw it.

I have seen most od Corey Haim movies. I have this one on VHS and I am tempted to buy on DVD, but because it's so horrible, I don't want to spend my money on it.

They kind of wanted to imitate the formula of Dream a Little Dream but it backfired because the thing was very bad. In there, the two Corey's were horrible as actors.

If you want to buy it and see it, so that you can have your own opinon of the film, but I don't recomend it.

Cindy, I think what Mane1980 is trying to say is, only watch this movie as a Last Resort . If you love the Coreys you might be able to finish it, but you will feel like they are just going through the motions and it will be a bit disappointing. After tossing this movie in your fireplace, please quickly stick in "License To Drive" to help you out!

Pass on this movie.

It's one of the Coreys' lesser efforts. I saw it about a decade back and I didn't laugh. The only thing I thought was funny was Corey Feldman dressed up as a Blues Brother.

Either way, the both of them were getting too old for this shtick, so to see the both of them still acting like teens was just sad.

FWIW, Corey Haim will reportedly be on the 4th season of "Celebrity Fit Club".

Sincerely,

John Kilduff

Thanks guys! I appreciate your opinions cause we're all pretty much on a similiar page with our 80's movies and what not. I don't know what I'm going to do. I've been warned but there's like some strange gravitational pull with me and the Corey's! Haha! In any event, if I do decide to see it, I will post my reaction afterward.

Hey Rocksteady, where did you hear Corey was going to be a part of Celebrity Fit Club? I was thinking from day one that he would be a good candidate for that show. He needs to drop a little. He's still attractive so I hope it works for him.

You know cindy, because everyone is telling you not to buy it, you probably will. I do that all the time. It's horrible but it's funny to see how horrible it really is. Just get it. [Wink]

I first saw it on the "Celebrity Fit Club 3" message boards on VH1's website and then I saw it mentioned in the Wikipedia page for the American version of "Celebrity Fit Club".

I was just wondering something...Have our British Rewinders seen the American version of "Celebrity Fit Club", and if so, then how does it compare to yours'?

Sincerely,

John Kilduff
