I'm on a new movie kicked lately so I picked this one up at amazon and watched it the other day. I really enjoyed it. Most of the movies they showed clips from I have never even seen. I wish they would do an up to date movie like that today with all the great horror movies from the 80's to today. My only complaint. This movie isn't available on dvd:(

This is one of my favorite!! I am so glad you watched it. It was my first date movie.

I liked alot of the clips, so I went through the credits and wrote alot of those movies down and ordered them...some of them weren't as good as the clips.

It's worth it just for the Wings Hauser clips.

"Just keep telling yourself... 'it's only a movie'."

The Wings Hauser movie is Vice Squad...I have it...It is a good movie too. It is one that is never talked about on here either, but I remember it well on HBO in the 80's.

Wings Hauser, Michael Ironside, Robert Ginty - Some people just scream '80's' to me.

What really makes the movie more than just a clip show, is the over-acting by Donald Pleasence in between (nicely matched by a more relaxed Nancy Allen). The part where he's twitching and saying to the screen "It's only a movie!" and then turns to the camera and says "But then the lights go up, and you have to walk home. Sometimes... alone" really gets me!

Great movie.
