She played a character named Gail...Probably one of the kids running around said locale if you're going by the IMDB, which is where I got my info.

The earliest I know of Alba was from the 90s revamp of Flipper, from around 1995ish.

Didn't even know she was a child actress. A strange thought, if Jessica started dating Alan Alda's son, then things got serious and wed, she would be known as Jessica Alda? OK wait, I have to see if Alan Alda even has a son. Forget what I just said.
