Okay, come on guys, we've all been there.

Who did you most want to be out of all the eighties movie or tv characters on offer? For years, I wanted to be just like Lynn (Helen Hunt) on Girls Just Want to Have Fun. I also desperately wanted to be DJ (Candice Cameron)from Full House (but that's another story). I was always fascinated with the concept of Prom Queen & King (as we don't have that over here) and the rich, cool kids of American pop-culture.

So, spill your guts....who was it? [Wink]

I wanted to be Julie in Valley Girl...funny...how sometimes things have a way of working out- [Eek!] [Big Grin]

Also, Muffy in April Fool's Day is about as close to the real me as anyone in a movie, and there are scenes I look alot like her in the movie.

I thought you looked more like Buffy. Muffy was kinda stuck on herself...change that...definitely Muffy. [Wink] [Razz]

Well Randy from Valley Girl would be tripendicular.

Marty from Back To the Future would be a fun ride.

Maverick from Top Gun, that's right Ice Man, better known as Kash around here.

Michael from The Lost Boys, cry little Isis.

And many many more. [Wink] [Cool]

Bo or Luke Duke. (They drove an ORANGE Dodge Charger with a confederate flag on the roof and a horn that played "Dixie". Could it get any cooler?)

Those are great choices for you...goof!

Last night....I saw ****tail on late, and I figured you'd say T.C. ...young Flanagan...

I have to say after watching ****tail last night...Tom Cruise had the best hair cut I have ever seen in a movie, it looked different through the movie-up until the end scene where he came and got her in the penthouse-I loved his hair and how he looked when ...the Dad says..your on your own, and he's says that's the way I like it, and they get in the elevator- I love that shirt he's wearing and his hair! woo hoo.

And then at the end when he does his speech, he looks mighty good then too- [Wink]

Michael (Jason Patric)- he reminds me alot of my high school boyfriend in The Lost Boys...my high school boyfriend always reminded me of a combo of him and Corey Hart. I definately think that's a good pick too.

Your too tall to be Marty from Back 2 the Future, get rid of the heels.

RJF!!! [Wink] [Big Grin] [Wink]

The princess in THE PRINCESS BRIDE. I want that cute guy following me around, doing my bidding and saying "As you wish"

Mamamia-My friend is actually good friends with Cary Elwes. You should see some of the pictures I have of Cary. Actually Cary got my friend an "extra" role in Glory! it is so funny that you mentioned him, cause this friend of mine, said for April Fool's Day in 1989 he had Cary Elwes call his sister on the phone, and she thought it was her brother playing a joke, and Cary said "as you wish", and she freaked, cause she loved The Princess Bride too. Then she heard her brother in the background and knew it really was Cary.

I thought that was a cool story.

Good story! He seems like he has a good sense of humor.

This is probably going to sound a bit bizarre, but at times I wanted to be like Roger Rabbit. Unfettered by anything and able to take any punishment and walk away. And able to make people laugh any way imaginable (seriously, haven't we all wanted to be like our favorite animated characters at one point or another when we were younger?).

I've always wanted to be like Scott Baio in ZAPPED! with all the special powers. After i saw ZAPPED! i use to try REALLY HARD! to make stuff move [Smile]

Well Chris...when I was little I wanted to be Hong Kong Phooey, so I get ya. I have no clue why, I wanted to though-I just thought he was cool, how he jumped in the filing cabinet and changed, and his little car he drove around was pretty cool stuff..

Valley wanted to be "Top Cat"...oh wait...he already is...

[Wink] [Wink] [Cool]

There were tons of people I wanted to be from TV.

Holly from Land of the Lost.

Andrea Thomas in Isis

Jamie Sommers from The Bionic Woman-I definately wanted to be her. I just loved everything about her in the show.

Lynda Carter in Wonder Woman

Kelly Garrett in Charlie's Angels

C.T.- Scott Baio from Zapped! is a cool choice, I loved that movie, and I loved anything where people had "super powers".

I would also have loved to have been Cindy Fisher (Jennie) in Liar's Moon, cause Matt Dillon was the cutest boyfriend in that movie, I don't want my version to end like hers did, but I definately loved her part in the movie.

I always wanted to be Watts (Mary Stuart Masterson) in Some Kind of Wonderful. She's so cool beating those drums.

It would have to be Andie from pretty in pink. I just loved her clothes and how she was just herself (I know this probably sounds sad but who cares) [Wink] [Big Grin]

I also wanted to be like Wyatt from Weird Science . He might have been a nerd at first....But he did have a nice house--And his bedroom was COOL!!!!. He had computers and color t.v.'s, 2 beds, and it looks like his own bathroom. And on top of all that he made a Fabu girl and he got to drive a sports car.
