Devolution here,
Does anyone know about any possible DVD release of V the TV series? Huge V fan, I have all of them on tape already, because of the whole running of the series on the SCIFI channel.
but tapes only last so long.

Devolution here,
I am not in a bubble, and, I am not talking about V the Series or V the final battle, I am talking about the weekly series that was on in 84, I have the other two.

Devolution here,
So I ask again, does anyone have any information on the WEEKLY SEASON (1984)of V the series?

Also does anyone know of any saturday morning cartoons that might be on DVD soon, for all of you over in the UK I don't know if you had the same Saturday cartoons that we had.

Just Curious.

Devolution,
I checked on amazon 4 ya, and it doesn't look like they're on dvd yet. [Frown] Although, they do sell the vhs copies. I know u already have them cuz u recorded off scifi, but maybe the vhs quality might be a tad better... if ur willing to pay for that. If u go to msn.com and go to the V tv series pages it'll explain further about the vhs releases. Other than that, I dunno wut to tell u. Sowy! Tootles!

oh by the way, thanx 4 the stars! [Big Grin]

Hey Devolution

basically yeah, all the cartoons from America in the 80's were as big here. The 80's was a great decade for American movies and cartoons, we didnt have much in the way of either of those but lots of good sitcoms, dramas etc. The only cartoons from Britain to compete was Danger Mouse and Count Duckula which were fantastic, did anyone in the US see them?

My fav was Gummi Bears, id love to see them released on DVD,

Barrie

Devolution here,
Dashing and Daring, courageous and caring, faithful and friendly with stories to share, run through the forest, they sing out in chorus, marching along as their song fills the air,
Gummi Bears, bouncin' here and there and everywhere, high adventure that's beyond compare, they are the gummi bears,
Magic and mystery are part of their history along with the secret of gummi berry juice, the legend is growing they take pride in knowing, they fight for what's right in whatever they do,
Gummi bears... (Repeat chorus)

Yeah that's all from memory,

Very Scary

I must have been really little when this series was on because I was absolutley terrified [Eek!] of this show, my brother used to tease me about it all the time.

Hey Barrie.. I answered about 'Danger Mouse' in another post, I used to love that show!
Also Count Duckula, that one used to scare me, actually.
