Okay, Here goes There was a movie I saw a looong time ago. It was a karate movie where a guy and his master are training and the master tells him to go find the true master. He gives him a magical belt buckle to helo him. He meets some singer girl and likes her but there is some bad guy who dresses like George Clinton. In the end he looses the buckle yet finds out that he was the master and as he finds out he keeps screaming IM THE MASTER! then he wins blah blah blah. Please helo me find the title to this movie I know you guys can! THANKS!

I'm almost 100% positive you're talking about "The Last Dragon" with Vanity. It was an African-American twist on a Bruce Lee-type movie and was produced by Berry Gordy. It's available on DVD, so go out and get it now! It's a great film.
