Anybody else watch this show on Spike TV? I've just discovered it due to some friends telling me about it. They take two warrior classes and pit them against each other comparing close, mid, and long range weapons along with special weapons. Experts use the weapons on body parts made out of ballistics gel. So far they've done:
1. Apache vs. Gladiator 2. Viking vs. Samurai 3. Spartan vs. Ninja 4. Pirate vs. Knight 5. Mafia vs. Yakuza 6. Green Beret vs. Spetsnaz

This is a pretty good show. It's "loosely" based on quasi-scientific testing. Entertaining though...

I read that this coming week's (Week 7) is gonna be Shaolin Monk vs. Maori Warrior. Week 8 will be William Wallace vs. Shaka Zulu, and Week 9 will be the IRA vs. Taliban. I'm looking forward the most to Week 9......

Their war would be so protracted & vicious, that neither side could ever regain its full strength in the aftermath, hence the next most likely would emerge the victor.
I just saw Spartan vs. Ninja, impossible that a ninja would give himself away like that, or that a spartan warrior would second guess an ambush in unfamiliar territory. Entertaining, though.

Just watched the Wallace and Zulu fight.The best part was the Claymore sword.when he took off those three heads was kick a**.

Thats why it is on spike and not the history or learning channel.its just a fun show to watch and how many times have we all sit around and asked who would win between this person or that person.
