I love em' both, but gotta go with Phil. I think Phil Collins is harder to "sing", similar to Billy Joel. These guys have some seemingly simple songs....but just go ahead and try to sing one of them!! "Against All Odds", for example...I've never seen one contestant on any of the dozens of music talent shows do justice to this song. Don's also got a great voice, but technically, not as hard to sing...in my opinion. I do up my own "Greatest Hits" compilations for just about any artist I can think of...I think Phil's got a slight edge. Both have some great group AND solo stuff....

Both are great musicians and i agree what kev said about the songs.
And hey, Collins is a good actor too!

I agree with all that you guys have said and would add that both Collins and Henley appeared on Miami Vice in acting roles. They both are talented fellows.
