I purposely said "love" in quotes, I still like her.....but not as much as I used to love her!!

It all started with The Man in the Moon

A beautiful movie with a stellar cast it was her first role and she's only a year older then me.....I was an instant admirer.

On to some of my favorites of the time......

Freeway!
 -

An awesome dark comedy....also starring Kiefer Sutherland and Brooke Shields.....A modern retelling of Little Red Riding Hood.....Reese is dark and wisecracking...she steals the movie!

Overnight Delivery (why I thought I needed to start this thread)
 -

Seriously a fav Reese flick of mine....Paul Rudd and Reese both before they were the huge movie stars they are now........it's funny fast paced....has a great secondary cast....Christine Taylor is hilarious....

Reese has become this big star....and i have to admit in the last few years I could care to see a movie she's in.......it's like she got huge and lost her charm for me? Cheesy/bad romcoms....ekkkk.

Does anyone else have a favorite actor from the 90's they've lost admiration for like me? maybe yours is Reese too? She even had a small awesome part in American Psycho!

I know what you mean, i don´t think that i´ve seen Overnight Delivery though.
She was good also in Fear (1996), Pleasantville (1998) and Election (1999)

We talked about Renée Zellweger with JAY LEE few months back,
she made some cool and interesting movies in the early/mid 90s but it´s mostly boring romcoms now.

I remember I really had a thing for Maria Tomei in the 90's. I must have seen, and liked every movie she did in the 90's at least 10 times each. I still like her OK now and all. But I think she did much better movies in the 90's.

Yeah, now that I think about it...I still like Marisa quite a bit today too. So maybe she wasn't the best example I could've picked. It's cool that you like her too though Muffster. I think she's adorable too. How could you not fall in love with a smile like hers?.. [Smile]

I have not seen that one yet Muff....but I certainly will hunt it down for a viewing now. Since I'm also a fan of Vincent's, definitely looks like an interesting one.

My favorite films Marisa is in would have to be:

Slums of Beverly Hills
Untamed Heart
Anger Management
What Women Want
My Cousin Vinny
Oscar
